Ron Paul – The Just War Theory & The Peace President
Ron Paul on the christian doctrine of “Just War” and the requirements that must all be met before a war is considered justified.
“Military force is justified only in self-defense; naked aggression is the province of dictators and rogue states. This is the danger of a new “preemptive first strike” doctrine. America is the most moral nation on earth, founded on moral principles, and we must apply moral principles when deciding to use military force.”
Congressman Ron Paul
U.S. House of Representatives
September 4, 2002
Arguments Against a War in Iraq
—————————————- —-
The intervarsity Christian fellowship defines Just War as follows:
1. Just cause. All aggression is condemned; only defensive war is legitimate.
2. Just intention. The only legitimate intention is to secure a just peace for all involved. Neither revenge nor conquest nor economic gain nor ideological supremacy are justified.
3. Last resort. War may only be entered upon when all negotiations and compromise have been tried and failed.
4. Formal declaration. Since the use of military force is the prerogative of governments, not of private individuals, a state of war must be officially declared by the highest authorities.
5. Limited objectives. If the purpose is peace, then unconditional surrender or the destruction of a nation’s economic or political institutions is an unwarranted objective.
6. Proportionate means. The weaponry and the force used should be limited to what is needed to repel the aggression and deter future attacks, that is to say to secure a just peace. Total or unlimited war is ruled out.

It really is this simple: Members of Congress either support the Constitution — including all of that troublesome stuff dealing with checks and balances and non-negotiable guarantees of individual rights — or they support some form of executive dictatorship. Ron Paul introduced H.R. 3835, the “American Freedom Agenda Act of 2007″

Finally, a columnist comes out in support of Ron Paul. Ilana compares Paul to Mike Huckabee. Ron Paul is for strong borders and immigration control, getting out of Iraq, and defending America. Ron Paul is the only one of the 10 Republican pretenders, I mean contenders, that want to get us out of the Middle East and Iraq.

A video by Jones in which he interviews Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) Walter Burien, who alleges that the majority (70%-85%) of stocks and insurance funds are owned by the federal, state and local government through investment fund participation.
According to Burien CAFR (Comprehensive Annual Financial Report), only one-third of government’s gross income is tax income, with the remaining two-thirds generated from non-tax income in the forms of investment and enterprise.
The Annual Financial Report accounting structure for government started in 1946 through a private group called [Government Financial Officers Association], and then was Federally mandated for all local governments in the USA.
A Google search will now yield over 260,000 hits on the CAFR. Mr. Burien suggests the CAFR review site CAFRMan.com, run by a retired Federal Auditor of 30 years, Gerald Klatt. The vide also includes an interview with former IRS special agent Joe Banister.

Are you a defender of the Constitution? When a cop pulls you over do you ask why? Do believe in treating animals humanely or being good to the environment? Or are you a lone individual minding your own business? If you answered yes to any of these the FBI considers you a terrorist. The following is an FBI Brochure handed out to agents in Phoenix…

Tax protesters Ed and Elaine Brown were tricked by US Marshals who entered their home yesterday afternoon posing as supporters. The Marshals entered the house at a time when there were no other supporters present and catching the Browns off guard were able to arrest them and remove them from the property.
